How Can I Return An Item If It Is Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect?

In the very unlikely situation when the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will refund the full amount of the item including the delivery cost. please contact us 12barguitars@gmail.com to notify that you will be returning an item with the reason why.

all items will be refunded if the item is not worn, the leather end is still in perfect condition and must be within 14 days on receipt of the item.

Please let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange.

Please post the item back to us securely, item must be packed accordingly and be sure to obtain a proof of postage. Once we received the item, please allow 14 days for us to process the refund or exchange.
